TIPS FOR SHOULDERS, SCAPULA & BACK

Then move onto the shoulder area. This is good for removing fatigue and tension. Squeeze the trapezius muscle very gently (this is at the base of the neck) and work for your hands slowly outward toward the shoulders. Then, place your hands on either side of the shoulders and roll your hands backward and forwards, applying pressure.
Repeat this a few times, increasing the pressure. Work inward toward the spine, applying pressure using your thumbs, then move back outward and repeat a few times.
It’s now time to move to the upper back muscles. Turn the head to one side and massage one side of the neck and then gently move the head to the other side, repeating the message on the other side.

Dear friends;
Help and be present for you; My friends, family and community is an honor.
We are all facing an unprecedented situation. The COVID-19 pandemic (coronavirus) has been intense and tragic for each one of us, in the last 8 weeks we have felt fear, anger, lost economy, frustration and others like me have lost beings we love.
Today I cannot be in physical presence to offer you my support as friends or my services as a muscle therapist, but you and your family are in my prayers. Stay active in your own space, embrace positive thoughts that keep you emotionally and spiritually strong, as this will lead to improving and maintaining our physical health.
We are in times of adaptation and massive transformation, which is fundamental for who we are and what we will be after that situation. Give thanks for having food and shelter with your loved ones, others do not have that option.
Cheer up and strength to be united as a great family we will get ahead, although we will no longer be the same ... We are obliged to be better.
Thanks and see you soon my friends.

Stay in Home...Stay safe.

Dear Friends;

As our communities deal with the impacts of the Covid-19 virus, I want to do the right thing for our my friends customers, for me is very important your health and wellness.

I will not be able to perform my duties as a massage therapist until further notice. I will follow up with you once the CDC & The WHO give the all clear.

Until further notice, my practice  is closed to the public.
I believe this is the right thing to do.

I will be posting information in my social media and website;
-How you can help your immune system and types of massages, stretches and techniques that you can implement at home for your health benefit. I hope with God to see you soon, for me it is very difficult to say see you later but I will always be present when you need me.
